today I feel lazy. I want to sit in bed, read, and make progress on the wedding thank you notes. But I need to exercise. My jeans are starting to feel snug (maybe a side effect of eating my own cooking?) and I need to run/walk/bike/do something aerobic. There really is no motivation for it, other than looking down at my thigh ........... uh, maybe I should go now, and resist the last two brownies ..........
