I found a recipe for Lemon Tartlets on Good Things Catered, and decided to try to make a full size tart. It sounded so good.
The crust turned out really well. It has enough flavor to be a good base for a meat tart, too.
Emma was pretty eager to try some!
And I would show you a picture of the finished tart, which tasted great, but the filling recipe only filled half of the full size pan. Note to self for next time - double the filling. :-D
